400 soft tofu 100 g beef fillet two cups chicken broth minced batun or leek (three stalks) 3 minced garlic cloves 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon black soy sauce 2 tablespoons sichuan black pepper peas ½ teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 strip 4×4 kombu seaweed vegetable or pepper oil sesame oil.
Crush the Sichuan pepper and set aside.
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable or pepper oil into a preheated frying pan over medium heat.
