The salad is very light and dietary, you can even say vegetarian, there is no meat in it. At the first stage, we will prepare the vegetables for the salad. Carrots are cleaned, washed under running water. Cut the carrot into thin slices. It is better not to grate, the vegetables should not be very thin. Fresh cucumbers will be washed under cold running water. Trim the edges of the cucumber, you do not need to peel the cucumbers. Cut them into thin slices, as well as carrots. Bulgarian pepper cut in half, remove all the seeds from it, rinse well under water, cut the pepper into thin strips. Peel the onion from the husk, wash the onion from the dirt. Cut the onion into thin half-rings. Put a frying pan or saucepan on the fire, pour vegetable oil. Sliced vegetables, namely: carrots, cucumbers, onions, peppers, send to fry. Add salt, black pepper, and other spices to taste. At the end, season the vegetables with soy sauce. Prepare the funchosa, usually you just need to pour it with boiling water for a few minutes. Ingredients:
Tomatoes, 4 pieces; Chinese cabbage, 300 grams; One can of canned corn; Bell pepper, 4 pieces; Garlic, 2-4 cloves; Onion, one head; One can of red canned beans; Mayonnaise; Ketchup; Salt and spices to taste.

Wash the tomatoes under water, cut them into slices or cubes, depending on the softness of the tomatoes. Wash the Chinese cabbage under running water, thinly and finely chop it. Remember the chopped cabbage a little and rub it with salt. Open the jar with corn, throw the corn in a colander, let all the water come off it. You can also use corn frozen corn in fresh form. Bulgarian pepper cut into two parts, clean all the seeds. Wash the pepper well and cut it into thin strips. Peel the garlic, pass the garlic through a garlic press or grate it on a fine grater. Let’s start by cooking the meat. Take the chicken fillet and rub it well with salt and spices. From spices, you can use pepper. Coriander, curry, special mixture for chicken. Also pour lemon juice over the chicken. Wrap the fillets with foil and send them to the oven, cook the fillets until fully cooked. Remove the meat and cool it. Then cut into thin slices. Cut the Chinese cabbage thinly and finely. For this operation, you can use a special knife. Remember the cabbage a little with your hands when it is crushed. They replace Chinese cabbage with white cabbage, but it tastes tougher. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned inside, washed well, it is important that all the seeds are removed. Then thinly slice the pepper. Pepper can be of different colors. For the sharpness of the taste, you can add a little bit of bitter chili pepper, but the main thing with it is not to overdo it. If you put a lot of pepper, it will kill the taste of all the other ingredients and the salad will turn out to be burning. Green onions are washed under running water, then finely and finely chop. Put the amount of green onions at your discretion. Fresh coriander is well washed and finely chopped. It will give the salad a wonderful flavor.
